Why Your Club is One "Burned-Out Dave" Away from Folding.

Clubs don't die because of results on the pitch. They die because the person holding the keys finally gets tired.

Every grassroots club has a "Dave." Dave is the Secretary. He also marks the pitches. He holds the bank tokens. He knows where the U10s away kit from 2019 is stored. Dave is a hero, but Dave is also a single point of failure.

"Knowledge silos are the silent killers of grassroots sports."

How to "De-Dave" Your Club

If you want to survive the next five years, you have to move from Command and Control to Distributed Access. This means:

  • Cloud-Based Compliance: As mentioned in our Safeguarding Guide, don't let DBS dates sit in a private spreadsheet.
  • Micro-Volunteering: Ask for a "Kit Manager" for one specific team, not a "Club Equipment Officer" for the whole league.
  • Transparent Finances: If the Treasurer goes on holiday, can you still see who hasn't paid their subs?.

Protect the People.

SportOS isn't just for players; it's for the volunteers. By automating the boring stuff — chasing subs and checking qualifications — you give your community their weekends back.
